A two-day intensive for new managers promoted within the last 18 months. We cover delegation, giving feedback, running one-to-ones and handling difficult conversations. Participants leave with a personal 90-day action plan reviewed by their facilitator.
A single-day session for cross-functional teams that need to reset how they communicate and make decisions. We use structured exercises drawn from your actual projects to surface friction points, then build shared agreements the team can hold each other to.
A three-day off-site for directors and senior leaders. We facilitate strategic planning, succession conversations and culture diagnosis. Groups are capped at 12 to allow enough depth. Includes two follow-up coaching calls per participant over the next quarter.
